Connection Programs for Organizations

Atieno Bird helps organizations revitalize and tap the powerful element of human connection through coaching, training, and employee engagement programs such as the Power TribesTM.  Atieno’s group work helps the parts of the organization understand the whole, connect across boundaries, and align with their common purpose to allow new futures to emerge.  She has done this through leading retreats and team coaching for the World Bank, NASA, the Small Business Association (SBA), Accenture, police departments, public service agencies, hospitals, schools and nonprofits; coaching over 100 private clients, 30 young leaders from the Middle East, and 20 large teams of election campaign volunteers, and providing experiential training for over 150 activists, students, prisoners, and professionals.

Coaching for Social Entrepreneurs

Atieno is an experiential and intuitive coach with 11 years experience in facilitating strengths-based transformation in corporate, clinical, law enforcement, nonprofit, and multilateral settings.  Her private clients are primarily social entrepreneurs, such as alternative health providers, who have small businesses and world-changing ideas.  They hire Atieno to achieve breakthroughs in growing their businesses and often accomplish breakthroughs in happiness as well.  Joining a Power TribeTM is a key asset for these entrepreneurs.

Testimonials

My experience working with Atieno has been profound and life-changing. I was embroiled in an intense community conflict and wanted someone to help me keep my head above water. I've become much more effective, with new skills that let me maintain my balance in the face of huge passions (mine and others'!) In every session she offers some insight that helps me unlock something important and has given me practical tools. As Atieno helped me explore, I began making some shifts. I started feeling lighter, more flexible and balanced. -N., Community Activist
